The Body Massage




A body massage is the treatment and practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical, functional, medical, therapeutic, and even psychological purposes and goals. It usually involves acting on and manipulating the patients body with pressure, tension, motion, or vibration manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissues. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, forearm, and feet. When done properly, body circulation improves and tension lessens, relieving stress and bodily aches or discomfort.
Some of the most popular types of body massages are the Swedish massage, the Thai massage, and the Hot Stone massage. The Swedish massage is a classic full body massage that simultaneously relaxes and stimulates. The Thai massage is an ancient art. It consist of a yoga-like body therapy for healing and health transformation using passive stretching and gentle pressure to help release blocked energy and tension. The Hot Stone massage is an exotic treatment involving the placement of heated, polished lava or volcanic rocks on pressure points and chakra points as well as the application of heated stones with oil onto the skin. Enjoy your Life while you can


When is the last time you pamper yourself? Did you ever try to do somethings that you love to do but others don't? Did you ever treat yourself for your own pleasure? Well if you do, then i say, you are enjoying and living your life almost perfect.
But wait! How about the feelings? Are you happy with those achievements and experiences that you had? As for me, enjoying life is not always what we had, we went, we bought, and we did. Enjoying life simply is to be happy, to be loved and not hurting others. For me, I always prefer to be nice even those who are rude to me not because they are not nice but because I am nice. Why? because i chooses to have a light conscience and no burden. It doesn't matter if someone's rude to me as long as I'm not doing anything wrong against them.
If you knew that you are not harming others, You will feel the beauty of life indeed. You are free of any doubts and fears that someone might harm you in return. How to avail this? Do your best to love your fellowmen in any case. Don't condemn. Be open minded and learn to understand any situation.
No fights, no fears, no anger, only peace in your heart. That`s how you must enjoy your life. In return, you will never feel regrets about it.
We should always live our life to the fullest because we only have one. Don't make any decisions that later makes you miserable. Remember, a mistake that has only done with a minute or even a second, can make you suffer for a long time or even worst, lifetime...
